That was too close for comfort. Played down to the level of competition. How many freebies can you give even a bad team and win? And, I just don't get Rounsaville getting so much PT. Her serving not only gives up way to many points, but it just kills momentum. Did you know Cat is Colt's sister? What a dolt!
tough win for the Horns as they take set five, 15-12 and win the match 3-2. Very good win considering the only set they looked in sync was the fourth. They had to gut this win out while playing poorly. Yeah, you could say that about Lexi, Chiaka, and others in any game. This game it was Autumn. She plays because she is the second best libero on the team. She may still beat out Cat this season. I hope not cuz I really like Cat and would like to see her start all four years. That Colt McCoy comment was really out of left field. Guess that last name threw them.
Horns move to 9-2 for the season and 1-0 in conference play with this win. WVU drops to 12-3 and 1-1. Horns win their 11th win over WVU. They have never lost to the Mountaineers. They snap a 10 game winning streak by WVU. Next game for Texas is Wed., Sept. 27 at 7 PM vs Baylor at Gregory. Game will be on FSN.
Good win Ladies...Love the never give up mental makeup of this team. I trust the coaches, the coaches decisions and the talent of the players. No matter the mistakes these Ladies make they clearly support each other. True definition of Team. One goal at a time, keep it up Texas Volleyball...Texas Fight!!
