http://www.texassports.com/news/2017/10/9/no-5-volleyball-preview-no-9-kansas.aspx Horns will visit the Jayhawks to decide who will be the leader in the Big 12 race. Both are currently undefeated. #9 Kansas sits in first place at 5-0. #5 Texas is second in the standings at 4-0. While the AAS paper edition does not list this as being on TV, the Horns schedule has it being televised on ESPNU. Game time is 8 PM. If you need a game to warm up before the Horns-Jayhawks game, #6 Minnesota is playing #16 Purdue at 6 PM on the Big 10 Network. Of importance to Texas, #4 Nebraska tangles with #11 Wisconsin at 8 PM on the Big 10 Network. A loss by Nebraska coupled with a win by Texas would allow them to move into one on the coveted top four spots.
Texas will need to get some energy and fight,if they think they are going to win @Kansas. Kansas win 1st.
Horns lost the third set but come back strong to take set four 25-10. Set 5 was a bit harder but Texas prevailed 18-16 to move to 5-0 in conference play while Kansas dropped to 5-1.
