Worse - Losing to Kansas or Losing to Baylor

    Which would be most devastating?

Losing to Kansas was epic embarrassing, but not really shocking that Strong could pull that off.

With all the hope and expectations we had with Herman, a loss next week would top Charlie.

The fact that Baylor is winless, a loss will make us the talk and ridicule of the Twitterverse.

Having said that, Orlando won't let us lose. Let's just hope Herman and Beck get out of his way.

I want to think that OSU's defense is much better than both KU and Baylor. With a similar performance by our D, we outscore both and this heinous though you have posted will not matter.

10 Hail Marys for you. Check back in later. :p

What if we lost both? Got to think that's not possible but we could be coached to a couple more miserable losses.

TCU just held Kansas to 21 yards of total offense. Losing to them last year was a feat I think only Charlie Strong and his staff could have accomplished.

Baylor is the one I'm worried about. They can score and they're due for a win.

Baylor is actually dangerous and has played superior teams close on several occasions, and is improving every week. Kansas was and is just flat-out terrible in every way.

I meant losing to Kansas last year compared to losing to Baylor this year, but still...........

Baylor scares me too. We could have a hangover and the game is in Wacko so they're not going to roll over. I said it's possible we could lose to Canzez last year too, yet no one believed me.

At 3-4, you wouldn't think the team would take lightly any opponent, even an 0-7 opponent. Let's hope not.

Against Kansas I don't think anyone honestly thought we might lose. Against Baylor we know they have played some good teams tough the last few weeks and with our offense, well who knows?

Kansas is not a very good junior college team. Baylor may still have remnants of solid recruiting in past years and dangerous on offense.....

    WorsterMan SEC here we come!!

Loss to either or both would be devastating but think a loss to KU would be the worst among those 2 teams.

I would normally agree with this, but Rock Chalk fans are few and far between around here. Whereas those who worship at the alter of That Good Old Baylor Line Outlaw Program are everywhere. The fact that Charlie beat them twice when they appeared much better, lends more credence to this being close to a no win situation. Win big.......supposed to. Win in OT......the sky is falling. Lose.......Tim Beck sent Hillary emails.

    Focusness.

We all need to step away from the ledge. We definitely need to be taking Baylor seriously, but this "what if we lose" talk every single week has got to be getting you guys down. We just lost by 3 to a top 10 football team after losing by 5 to another one, and you'd think we'd just lost to Kansas - oh wait... we're already planning for that eventuality!

This year's going to be enough of a grind on gamedays without making every week about figuring out the worst possible scenario that doesn't involve mass casualties.

Losing to Baylor would not be anywhere near the equivalence of losing to Kansas. Regardless, that will not happen this year as Baylor is lacking the firepower they once had. That said, look for Baylor to be the Horns' punching bag this year.
