"Mueller Now Investigating Democratic Lobbyist Tony Podesta"

"...... Under FARA, people who lobby on behalf of foreign governments, leaders or political parties must file detailed disclosures about their spending and activities with the Justice Department. Willful failure to file the forms is a felony and can result in up to five years in prison, though such prosecutions are rare.

The Podesta Group filed a FARA registration for its work with ECMU only after the payments were reported by the media. Manafort's firm also filed a FARA registration after media reports in June disclosed its work in Ukraine from 2012 through 2014...."

So WP is reporting that the Clinton campaign colluded with the Russians to find dirt against Trump. Seems like that would be an impeachable event according to Barry.

Some in the media are starting to wake up and realize they got played. And they are acting like thier feathers are ruffled.

From my perspective, they were all too willing co-conspirators

Here NYT "reporter" Kenneth Vogel says Hillary lawyer Marc Elias lied to him about who funded this Russia-Trump stuff. Turns out it was Elias' lawfirm who hired Fusion GPS to produce the "dossier"

Here is Maggie Haberman, another NYT "reporter"
It's always funny when the NYT calls someone out for sanctimony. Good times

If the DNC and Clinton campaign lied, it was only because their patriotism demanded they lie in the interest of the American people. They were just doing what was best for the country, selflessly protecting the American people from the subversion of Donald Trump. God bless Hillary Clinton.

Yeah, no one could have EVER seen this coming; Hillary and DNC behind the fake dossier? Imagine that. The swamp is still the swamp (and probably always will be).

Didn't Comey use the dossier to justify the investigation into the Trump-Russian collusion nonsense? If so, you have to think either the FBI is scarily incompetent or they were (under Comey) about as impartial as the IRS was under Obama.

I wonder if some of this info is being gleaned from Debbie Wasserman-Schultz's captured laptop?

    This is a remarkable detail
Not only did the FBI agreed to fund Hillary's opposition researchers
But the FBI then used her opposition research to obtain a FISA warrant, apparently telling the FISA court the dossier was FBI product.
This FISA warrant was then used to wiretap the presidential campaign of the opposition party.
    Amazing.

So there is rock solid proof of HRC campaign-Russian collusion. Even the law firm HRC's campaign lawyer is a partner of has released Fusion GPS from their privacy clause covering the transaction to secure their services.

It appears they did so to get in front of the expected judge ruling that will allow the release of Fusion's bank records which would implicate them anyway.

HRC's campaign lawyer paid Fusion GPS millions for oppo research on DT. Fusion then hires Steele after HRC's campaign hires Fusion. Steele contacts high ranking officials in the Kremlin and their claims are compiled in the dossier and disseminated to the MSM to take down DT.

No presumptions or hypotheticals on this one, it's dead to rights collusion. Hell even the Lib MSM is admitting it now. Where's OUBubba these days?

It's amazing how much he was convinced that the Trump Campaign was colluding with the Russians daily. Now there's crickets. Maybe SH will step up.

Can you imagine how shattered the millions of collusion cultists are gonna be when this is all fully exposed and proven beyond doubt. The Lib MSM is not protecting HRC on this one and remarkably decided to feed her to the wolves.

First they lose the supposedly unlosable, shoe-in election and go into shock which later transformed to permanent Trump Derangement Syndrome.

They go gender neutral private parts deep on the cult brainwashing that Trump colluded with Russia and stole the election. Only to now find out not only did Trump not collude to beat them, but Hillary was actually the one colluding with Russia and STILL lost to Trump. :lmao:

Btw, FBI informant says he saved documents, emails, and tapes. Loads of evidence. His lawyer just confirmed he has a lot of evidence and she hasn't viewed it due to the gag order, but will now since it has been lifted. Yikes!

Sounds like the informant hired a Washington heavyweight lawyer in Victoria Toensing and a lil Wiki research shows she has an ax to grind with the Clintons...

Emily Bazelon of Slate.com has called Toensing "a blanketer of the airwaves about the tawdriness of the Lewinsky affair."[4] Toensing and her husband made regular appearances on television claiming that they were the target of investigations by the Clinton Administration.

An FEC complaint has been filed

".... Clinton's campaign reportedly routed 37 payments to Fusion GPS through the law firm Perkins Coie, totaling over $5.5 million, and reported each as "legal services." The DNC reported 345 payments to Perkins Coie during the election cycle and marked the payments as "legal and compliance consulting, administrative fees, and data services subscription" among others, according to the complaint.

"Payments by a campaign or party committee to an opposition research firm are legal, as long as those payments are accurately disclosed," Brendan Fischer, director of federal and FEC reform at Campaign Legal Center, said. "But describing payments for opposition research as ‘legal services' is entirely misleading and subverts the reporting requirements." ...."

The distinction they are trying to make now is pretty amusing. Trump gets help from the Russians and its illegal collusion. Hillary pays Russians for info on Trump and its only garden variety opposition research

Going back in time, the very first Wikileaks drop was Uranium One and Russia (which I posted in here at the time).
Two hours later, the Trump tapes were released.
    Coincidence?

    https://wikileaks.org/podesta-emails/press-release

Before the Podesta Email Leaks began, the NYT (of all people) had written about a connection they found to Hillary Clinton and pay for play criminal activity with the Uranium One deal where Russia gained 20% of US yellowcake uranium mining rights in places like Oregon and Washington. They noted the $2.5 million that had gone to Clinton Foundation. This is from Apr 23, 2015 Https://www.nytimes.com/2015/04/24/...ssed-for-control-of-uranium-company.html?_r=0

The cultists will lap up any spin the MSM offers, no surprise there. But that nonsense won't fly where it counts.

Now the masks have been lifted and somebody is definitely taking the hit on this one. Laws were broken without a doubt. Get ready for a mad dash to cover one's own backside and testify against the powers that were.

The whole idea of of the FBI paying these guy is curious.
    Why?
Again, I suggest it might have been so that the FBI could tell the FISA Court the material was FBI product, and not DNC/Clinton product. Part of me hopes its not true. This is not what the FBI should be doing. But if it is true, then I hope Sessions sees it as the chance to cut this cancer out of there.

John Solomon: Just a little bit ago before we came on Victoria and I talked and she was able to confirm to me that her client has information that Director Mueller and President Obama and other officials were briefed on this investigation in real time as it was going on

Attorney Victoria Toensing: My client was told this information, now maybe the bureau is bluffing but I don’t think so because they were very specific. They said that the briefing made it into President Obama’s daily briefing papers. So I don’t think they made that up.

Sean Hannity: Let me get this straight. So Mueller, Rosenstein, maybe even Comey at the time and the president of the United States, certainly Eric Holder, who was head of the DOJ, they all knew that they had all of this information that the Russians had infiltrated with the purpose of a criminal enterprise to corner the market on uranium, the foundational material for a nuclear bomb.

Word is GOP members Jeb Bush (Bushes) and John McCain saw the dossier and were attempting to spread it around DC. Rubio was also supposedly aware of dossier but didn't go as far as Bush and McCain did.

Another scoop -- There was meeting with FBI and Fusion GPS on the dossier.
    Clinton Campaign officials attended

Yeah, but Steele and the Russians didn’t get involved until Dems started paying.

I may have misread that. Hemingway at the Federalist says (going to edit post above on this)

There is no evidence that a Republican donor or Republican campaign was ever involved with the Russian dossier. Fusion GPS claimed to reporters (though they did not provide evidence) that a Republican funded separate opposition research on Trump, dealing with his business interests. But as the Washington Post itself reports, the dossier did not exist until after the Democrats hired Fusion GPS:

Marc E. Elias, a lawyer representing the Clinton campaign and the DNC, retained Fusion GPS, a Washington firm, to conduct the research.
After that, Fusion GPS hired dossier author Christopher Steele, a former British intelligence officer with ties to the FBI and the U.S. intelligence community, according to those people, who spoke on the condition of anonymity.
