Plenty of guys cheat on their wives. Some even cheat with porn stars. But not too many cheat with porn stars and ask said porn star to slap them with a magazine with his picture on the cover. Link.

Well, first you have to have a MAGAzine that finds your face important enough to put on the cover. That eliminates 99+% of guys right there.

McCabe destroys much of the incriminating evidence on the FBI.

    lol

Adam Schiff thinks the memo should not be released because the American public is too dumb to understand it

Sounds like the advice Franklin Graham gave Trump on releasing his taxes. Both times ... smells like Bevo droppings.

    lol

Nunes has denied the FBI's request to see the memo to date.

Nunes may be the biggest clown of all in a clown school.

Since the story originated from the Daily Beast I guess it must be true.

So reportedly the FBI "lost" the anti-Trump emails between Peter Strzok and his squeeze, Lisa Page, dating right up to the very day of the Mueller investigation. Isn't that amazing? Either the FBI is the most corrupt Gov. agency of them all or they are Keystone Cops level incompetent.

Of course, we've all been told that even if you delete it off the internet, it's out there somewhere. Maybe the Russians or Chinese can give us copies.

Text messages are not saved on servers in the same way emails are. In fact, there are no text message servers at all.

In a current lawsuit, everyone generated 12 months of texts. I find it hard to believe the FBI can’t do it.

This is not part of the memo (I dont think) but is related

So the IG for the NSA did his own investigation into the FISA requests of the Obama people and concluded that 85% of their requests were "not in compliance" with the FISC Court/FISA/legal standards

The FISA Court itself made a ruling on some of this which was unsealed on Apr 26, 2017. In it, the Court was blunt with its response --

The October 26, 2016 Notice informed the Court that NSA Analysts had been conducting such queries in violation of that prohibition, with much greater frequency than had previously been disclosed to the Court.

The Court ascribed the government’s failure to disclose the IG and OCO reviews at the October 4, 2016 hearing [Obama’s NSD Director John Carlin – NOT Rogers] to an institutional “Lack of Candor and emphasized that “this is a very serious Fourth Amendment Issue”.

Part of what the Court (above) was relying on was Mike Rogers (NSA) own investigation. Here is a partial timeline for his part of that ruling above --

Mid-2016 – Suspecting ongoing irregularities, NSA Director Mike Rogers ordered the NSA compliance officer to run a full audit on 702 NSA compliance.

During the investigation, the NSA compliance officer identified strange 702 “About Queries” that were being conducted. These Queries represented fourth amendment violations – unlawful surveillance.

October 20, 2016 – Rogers was briefed by the compliance officer on what had been discovered.

Rogers immediately ordered the “About Query” activity to stop, reported the activity to the DOJ, and then went to the FISA court.

October 26, 2016 – NSA Director Rogers personally informed the FISC court of the 702(17) violations

Now here is the bigger picture timeline --

On or before April 18, 2016 – NSA Director Mike Rogers orders the NSA compliance officer to run a full audit on 702 NSA compliance.

April 18, 2016 – The FBI discontinues private contractor access to raw FISA information.

April 19 2016 – Wife of Glenn Simpson (Fusion GPS) Mary Jacoby visits White House.

Late April 2016 – Clinton Campaign begins paying Fusion GPS.

April/May 2016 – Fusion GPS hires Christopher Steele.

April/May 2016 – Fusion GPS hires Nellie Ohr, wife of DOJ Assoc. Deputy AG Bruce Ohr.

May 2016 – Trump becomes presumptive GOP Nominee.

May 23 2016 – Nellie Ohr applies for a HAM Radio license.

June 2016 – FBI Agent Peter Strzok – and possibly DOJ’s Bruce Ohr – meet with Christopher Steel.

Late June 2016 – First draft of Trump Dossier shared w/Fusion & possibly FBI’s Strzok.

Late June 2016 – First FISA 702 Surveillance Authority request made. It is denied.

If you put the timing of all of this^ together with the timing of the creation of the discredited "Steele Dossier" something more interesting stands out that goes further than the original idea --

The Dossier was not created to allow for spying on the Trump Campaign.

The Dossier was created to gain a FISA Court approval for illegal surveillance activity that had already taken place (FISA 702 approval can be granted retroactively).

I think this is part of what will be included in the Nunes Memo. It would explain the agitation and excitement. The Obama people were using the FBI and NSA data to illegally spy on the Trump Campaign. And all of the desperation included in the Steele Dossier along with the multiple FISA Court applications were retroactive attempts by the Obama people to give themselves some type of legal cover (once it dawned on them Trump might actually become President)

If so then this is the biggest political crime in the history of the country

Apparently the "Russians Did It" ploy is going to become the SOP for Democrat reactions going forward.

They couldn't hack the terrorists iPhone either. They had to get civilians to hack it.

Some talk that some of the non-released texts suggest Obama himself was directly involved in the investigation of 2016 Presidential Candidates

If this is the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, then it is indeed very troubling. But I'm skeptical. I suspect that some of the above facts are half-truths, and some are completely true but less suspicious (or not suspicious at all) when put in a proper context.

That said, I am glad that people who matter are looking into this. I'll wait for the results of the investigation(s) before getting too excited about anything.

My understanding of the FISA warrants have been as follows - I want to state up front that this is from musburger-ish sites - so I put it almost in the "impeachment porn" category - fun!!!:

Foreign governments informed our intelligence services that they had evidence of bad actions on behalf of Trump's folks and Russia. They also had hacked Kisliak's IPhone to make it a listening device. Apple turned off that vulnerability with an update. The protectors of the people then went in a got a FISA warrant to do the same thing on him and others (manafort).

Someone (possibly Comey) had their own phone legally changed to be made into a hot mic. "Lordy I hope there are tapes".
    ------------
Back to reality. The real challenging thing for Trump and his cohorts is that the NY AG has been running a parallel investigation with Mueller. Money laundering and RICO crimes in NY are not pardonable by the President.

That would be challenging if it weren't pulled out of someone's *** without any facts to support such charges.
