Late in fourth quarter, winless Purdue still up 30-7 on unbeaten BC

I caught some of this game early. Saw our buddy Rondale Moore catch a ten yard pass and run like fifty yards for a touchdown

Is Louisville a better gig than Purdue?

Is Brohm going to finish out the season?

I hate Purdue and their arrogant "basketball only" fans, who worship at the portrait of Gene Keady (sp), basketball's answer to Howard Schnellenberger.

That said, Purdue is about two evolution cycles above Loserville. The city is an industrial wasteland. The school is a commuter city college where the primary entrance requirement is "breathing". It makes Third Ward look like Cornell.

Brohm's an idiot to go home. Another year or two at Purdue and he'll be choosing between UNC, Auburn, Colorado, Tennessee (he turned down last year), VT, and maybe LSU. If he goes to Loserville, for a couple of years, he will likely have shots at jobs at USF, UTSA, SWTSU, Arkansas State, Colorado State.

While the school itself is in kind of a crappy neighborhood, Louisville football trumps Purdue football on several fronts. Purdue football is in a bleak economic condition right now. They're regularly last in the B1G in football spending, and like you said, they're more into basketball worship.

Louisville has the opportunity to take what could be a winning program (but isn't because of Jurich/Petrino et al) and start with a clean slate and get it back to where it was regularly. 10-win seasons. Brohm understands what it means to win there, especially with that ******* Schnelly as his coach. Even with the greatness that is Rondale Moore, I don't think he'll take Purdue to any heights outside of the SERVPRO First Responders Bowl or the New Era Pinstripe Bowl.
