    Hmm
Yet This roommate says this : "I never saw Brett black out or not be able to remember the prior evening’s events, nor did I ever see Brett act aggressive, hostile, or in a sexually aggressive manner to women,” Dan Murphy said in a statement Monday."
Kavanaugh roommate: ‘I never saw Brett black out’

isn't the roche guy the one who had trouble with the other roommate and moved out?
    Think there is any revenge?
I would also like to know their politics.

Collins and Flake kind of sort of offering public support for Kavanaugh after reading FBI report. Murkowski still undecided.

I don't know how you can be "in the habit of appearing" to do something. The better translation: "We on the left have a habit of interpreting things Kavenaugh says as perjury."

This seems to be the latest talking point.

Kavenaugh: Sometimes I drank too much.
Left: NO!! PERJURY!! A bunch of people say you drank a lot ALL THE TIME! Why are you lying???

    Kavenaugh: I never blacked out.
Left: LIES!! Lots of people say you got really drunk a lot. I've blacked out plenty of times, therefore you had to have blacked out. We've conclusively proven that you lied under oath. Oh and your drunkenness back then also disqualifies you from ever serving in public office.

This apparently happened on Fox and Friends this morning.

Chris Coons was faux outraged that BK defended himself and his character
    "
“We are elected as politicians and we do at times attack each other from a partisan perspective,” Coons continued. “I don’t think a sitting judge should have come at us with quite that tone.”

Anchor Brian Kilmeade confronted Coons with a statement Ginsburg made in 2016 regarding President Donald Trump’s election:

I can’t imagine what this place would be – I can’t imagine what the country would be – with Donald Trump as our president. For the country, it could be four years. For the court, it could be – I don’t even want to contemplate that.

Kilmeade asked Coons why he never expressed concern with her partisanship, compelling him to admit the inappropriateness of her remark.

“I was unaware of that particular comment, that is also inappropriate,” Coons responded. “Sitting judges, sitting justices should not make comments about partisan politics in a way that would lead litigants in front of them to question whether they are fair and impartial judges and justices.”

When the Dems come out and work to remove RBG then I will give a fig about BK's tone.

Apparently Chris Dudley the ex-pro basketball player was a friend with Kavanaugh at Yale. He said Kavanaugh never got crazy drunk or blacked out either. He did say they drank too much on occasion.

This is where Trump really F's things up. He didn't need to comment. He should have waited knowing the sensitivities of the fence-sitters in Congress. Just stupid on his part.

Warning -- The people who think cutting your head off is funny are not happy

    Also, language warning

She did notably leave off the Flake, but I guess she can change her mind later

I'll guess that Kavanaugh is approved 51-49 with all three RINOs voting for him (mostly because they think it'll help them more politically than voting against him).

It is very disturbing to see so many Democrats today attacking a great American institution like the FBI

The funny thing to me is they ALWAYS say, "When are we going to start fighting?" THAT'S ALL THEY DO! They let the ***** hats lead the charge and they lose the moderates. The extremists on the Left are KILLING the Democrats.

If Griffin and Moore believed in God they wouldn't have to believe in government and get so upset when elections don't go their way.

Between the complete lack of health and cortisol inducing hate M. Moore shows, I am completely surprised he has not had a massive MI or stroke at this point. I wonder what it's like to live in your own triggered hate filled skin 24/7.

Same could be said for some on the right. Maybe Rush. Mark Levin was pretty worked up through Obama's terms but I think that was mostly for his show.

If that ever happens to him, I hope he is in Cuba at the time.

I wouldn't. The situations aren't remotely comparable. Nobody was demonizing RBG's character. Kavanaugh was being called an attempted rapist and a liar. I think it's the height of cowardice to make such charges and then hide behind the "he's not supposed to get angry and 'partisan' crap." Yes, judges are supposed to be impartial, but that doesn't mean he has to sit and take somebody's ********. If you attack a judge's character, he has every right to defend himself as anyone else would. It doesn't reflect poorly on his character or his judicial temperament - not even a little bit.

Michael Moore will be fine in Cuba if he is on the Che Guevara plan. If he is on the People's plan, not so much.

Because it's an act. He is not as big of a Trump hater as he claims to be.

We have reached the point in US society where old high school friends have to expose themselves to lefty violence simply in order to explain a dumb drinking game from 35 years ago

This little detail kind of got buried

Under oath, in front of the world, Ford mentioned a “beach friend” who helped her with her story

Turns out this is same woman who Ford coached on polygraphs years earlier, apparently to get an FBI job

    And ....

    Wait for it ...

This same woman just happened to be a FBI PR rep in the office of Preet Bharara (a confirmed Trump-hater), who used to work for Chuckles Schumer on the Judiciary Committee

What are the odds this is all just coincidence?
