Well I need help with my golf game.
I can either buy the latest hi tech club OR a Trumpy Bear.

Was just a matter of time before Creepy Porn Lawyer imploded or exploded. Wife's face “swollen and bruised.” He actually said -- "she hit me first" (which is tantamount to an admission on his part)

CNN aligns itself with some dubious choices

SNL will probably use this to make up a skit about Sarah Sanders

My idea for an SNL skit would be CNN scrambling to fill up its time without Creepy Porn Lawyer. That's a pretty big block of time they are now missing. How will they do it? (starring Matt Damon as Avenatti)

Or maybe CPL on Fake Jeopardy? And, at the end, Sean Connery kicks his butt.

I'm not sure if you are referring to CNN.com, or CNN on television. As to CNN.com, I saw Avenatti's arrest there yesterday evening. I'm pretty sure it was a main story on the splash page, but I don't remember for certain. For what it's worth, the story is still on the splash page at this moment, but not prominently.

I didn't watch any CNN on TV last night, but a Google search shows that CNN put the story on the air at 7:41 p.m. EST yesterday. I'm not sure whether this is the first time CNN put the story on the air, but it is less than 2 hours after the story broke on TMZ. timeline

Nope that CNN had not reported it. I looked multiple times yesterday and there was nothing. There was major breaking news though. Trump is in a really bad mood and outgoing “GOP” Senator Jeff Flake vowed to make sure the Mueller investigation continued.

I’m also not shocked you would be out defending CNN.

Lots of reasons to bash CNN. I'm not sure how this is one of them. They covered the arrest. In fact, I first heard about it on CNN.

To be fair, I didn't see it, but did they strictly report it and move on? Or, did they make it 95% of their news as seems to be the case from when something like this happens against a Republican.

    Re: CNN

I will say this; the moment I heard about the arrest I read that CNN was not reporting it. I checked ABC, FOX, CBS, MSNBC and CNN. There is no doubt that CNN delayed airing the news. It may have been 30 minutes. I was very interested in the allegation and the reality. But there was a lag. Does it matter? Probably not. It's hard to know why but it was there.

Probably needed time to re-read his contract with CNN. You can never tell with those sleazy ambulance chasers.

I saw a piece last night where Anderson Cooper first reported it for CNN. They ran Avenatti’s press conference, then immediately moved on to the Russia investigation. The piece also showed multiple clips on CNN fawning all over Avenatti and how he would be a great candidate in 2020.

Peddling political absolutes creates situations such as these where we now wish to see Avenatti guilty before proven innocent; i.e. the inverse of our Constitution. But the Left defined the rules. There was no ambiguity about their wishes during the Kavanaugh hearings. Avenatti should be destroyed publicly by the Left. But because the Republicans confirmed Kavanaugh the Left say that Avenatti should not be punished for the accusation.

    4th_floor Dude, where's my laptop?

I want Avenatti and everyone else to receive due process when dealing with the state. That is completely separate from pointing out his ridiculous hypocrisy. The man is scum, but scum deserves due process too.

I think Trump remove the judge from his office, if he has the lawful justification to do so. Everybody thinks he is an a-hole. He doesn't lose anything acting the part.

I don't even particularly like Trump but the Democrats who oppose him behave in a truly despicable way.

It was actually a republican judge who did it. The judge's hands were tied because of the Sherrill vs. Knight case in 1977. The judge in that case ruled that a journalist must be given notice and a chance to rebut the government’s decision in order to have their credentials revoked. I'm more mad at that idiot judge in 1977 than this one.

I saw Coumo the night of. He did not discuss it.
Cuomo has been the primary Avenatti pimp at CNN, and had him on well over 100 times the past many months
