That seems to be your favorite reply word. Look my brother, I am happy to let the readers decide for themselves. And I would be most happy if they were to make that call based off the outcomes of both of our political prognostications. You are better perspectively than prospectively.

Fortunately, this issue is about what happened in the past rather than in the future.

Yes, that is what I am saying, "fortunately" for you -- we are now just talking about what happened and not will happen. With a measurable outcome, it's not so easy

I'll readily admit that Hillary was even worse of a candidate than I thought, and that's saying something because I thought she was horrifically bad.

The main thing that helped the Republicans pick up seats in the Senate was that Democrats had previous held the vast majority of the seats that were up for election this cycle. They still did poorly, just less poorly than last time.

Why would they want to do that? An Asian-American woman in Congress is something the left would be celebrating!

WOW! Broward County Loses 2,040 Ballots – Supervisor Brenda Snipes Says: “We Think They’re Somewhere in the Building
Brenda Snipes: The ballots are in the building. The ballots are in the building. Someone must have put a stack in a tray where they didn’t belong. And we didn’t pick that up. So we continue to count… The ballots are in this building. There would be no other place for them to be.:brickwall:

This is by design. It's an intentional act.
If you were lucky enough to ever catch them in an honest moment, they would say something like, "the ends justifies the means."
Translated, it means that at their core, they are corrupt.

There was a "discrepancy" in the Broward electronic recount of -2164 ballots. An actual physical absence of 2,164 ballots during the hand-count. Yes, they "lost" over 2,000 ballots.

The indication being that, on election night, those 2,164 ballots were likely "ran twice" through the machine.

The easiest type of voter fraud that is possible is simply counting your preferred ballots twice.

Probably not enough to have Roy Moore 2.0, but we're trying to pull defeat from the jaws of victory in Mississippi. Link.

I read that when the manual recount first started in Fla. Senate race, they were counting the wrong ballots!?!? How is that even possible?

They couldn’t report how many votes were cast because they don’t have a clue. The vote count in Broward Co. has surged by 80,000 votes since election night.! 80,000! No other Fla. county even comes close to that amount. Snipes offers no explanations. NY Times speculates it’s mail in votes, military, provisional, etc.

Snipes claims racism is behind the move to have her replaced?

I read a news blurb that Nelson conceded after the manual recount was concluded. He still trailed by over 10,000 votes.

I have no idea how they resolved the Broward mess.

I think Woods is spot-on about the drug. There are so many cynical hipster types out there. Conservative politics is old-school, corrupt and boring to them. They like Che Guevara. Activism makes them feel as if they have a stake in moving the world forward. They want to be glorified like Dr. King (a real activist in a time of real problems).

Progressive voters believe the message because it removes any responsibility from themselves. My life doesn't suck because I am a loser (or immature or made a few mistakes along the way). It sucks because evil people do bad things to me (there is some truth to that). Then the Progressive IDs the evil people and vows to stop them from continuing their evil ways.

Speaking of Do we think voter fraud ONLY happened in those 2 fla counties.
Nine More People Arrested For Voter Fraud In Texas - Tea Party News
"The Texas Attorney General’s Office arrested nine people Thursday for allegedly voting illegally in last year’s Edinburg municipal election, bringing the total number of accused to 14.

Thursday marked the second time the AG’s office made sweeping arrests in connection with the hotly contested November 2017 race, when longtime Mayor Richard Garcia was ousted and a new majority, led by Mayor Richard Molina, was ushered in.

Four people allegedly used the address of an apartment complex owned by Molina, who won by more than 1,200 votes, to illegally cast votes. Two of them were arrested in May and June, while two more were arrested Thursday.

The mayor, however, is not the only one whose name has been dragged through the investigation, which the AG’s office previously referred to as an “organized scheme.” Council member Jorge Salinas and new City Secretary Ludivina Leal have also been tied through information provided on criminal complaints.

“To me, it’s very frustrating because my whole campaign has always been the target of criticism and ridicule,” the mayor said Thursday.

One woman came forward and confessed candidate Mayor Richard Molina told her to change her address to vote for him in the election."

and this, while so far no real evidence of funny stuff come on
VOTER FRAUD: Orange County Numbers DON'T ADD UP - Democrats Had 300,000 More Votes for Congressional Seats than for Governor
    "
Orange County, a traditionally conservative enclave in Southern California turned all blue after Democrats found tens of thousands of votes post election day.
Just two years ago in 2016, only 2 Congressional districts in Orange County voted blue–now just two years later every single district voted blue"

The stats at link are hinky for sure.
    And this is just today.

People being arrested for voter fraud seems kinda serious.

  27. Mr. Deez

    Mr. Deez Beer Prophet

It is serious. I'm talking about the Orange County candidates who lost. If there's reason to think the election was mishandled, they should pursue their claims. (Of course, Orange County is supposed to be too heavily Republican for anybody to rig, but that's a separate issue.)

Deez, are you suggesting that the Republican who lost doesn't think the election was mishandled? If 10,000+ votes were found and the candidate does nothing, I would claim there is too much faith in the system.

  29. Mr. Deez

    Mr. Deez Beer Prophet

I don't know what the candidates think. What I'm suggesting is that presumably they would do something or at least say something if they had evidence of wrongdoing.

Is that the standard for Dems calling for recounts, etc.? <-- sort of sarcastic. I know you will say what does one have to do with the other.
