Colt Is In For Redskins

Alex Smith suffered gruesome ankle injury. Might get to watch Colt for rest of season. TD toss on very first pass.

3 for 3 passing so far. He's also run twice, both for short gains. Coaches should tell him not to run. Washington does not have third quarterback suited up.

I am watching the game, since I am a Skins fan, and it looked like he broke his ankle when it happened.

 

Texans sacked Colt twice on most recent drive. Smith was getting harrassed, too, before he was injured.

 

Well, Norman just got called for a questionable defensive holding. Skins may get ball back with about 45 seconds to go.

Colt is in a good position to showcase himself for the rest of the season. I think he won a game in Dallas the last time he got significant playing time. I'm a huge Cowboys fan, so now I'm worried a bit, especially with the constant up and down season(s).

 

There is something not right about Colt handing off to Adrian Peterson. Something akin to black is white, up is down, dogs hanging with cats, etc.

Both men played for the Redskins, both games were played in Washington DC, the final score of both games was 23-21, and both QBs were sacked right about at the 40 (although it was his own 40 for Theismann and the opposing 40 for Smith).

 

I thought at first you were saying the opponent was the same also. Still freaky though.
