Most will sign on the early signing dates Horn 87 mentioned above. Feb 6 will be the traditional date and a few athletes will sign then.
I like the new early signing day. Get it over and don't wait. But some of the big names want to milk the system and royal treatment for as long as possible.
Coach Herman stated at last year's early signing presser that they are able get them on the nutrition and workout regimen. Also they can get them started on learning the playbook. Big plus for the early signing date.
Can someone please update OV and UOV rules? I understand only 5 OVs are allowed. In my day, no scholy limits or visit limits, one could travel every weekend, pais by the school. I knew some guys who visited every week. There was at least a handshake agreement not to poach commitments. The visit limits and scholy limits stopped most of that. I see where getting a "OV" from one 5* is big since they only get 5. What I dont know is who pays and what restrictions there are on UOV. For example, a player from Austin high might go by DKR every day. Can someone point out rules that apply?
