Yeah baby! Fantastic road win against a ranked team in one of the toughest places to play in the country! Great job Horns!!! 4-0...just two undefeated teams left in the Big12!
GREAT road win for Texas Most important/ impressive win so far this year. Credit to the players and coaches.
Watched the postgame press conference. Sounded like someone asked Karen about the issue between the fans and her team at the end of the game. Anyone know what went down? Their fans sure seemed riled up with the officiating. I thought it was typical Big 12 officiating - a lot of touch fouls away from the ball and off ball calls and then no calls in the paint when there's lots of contact.
Got to watch the game by switching to Chrome as IE couldn't play it. Awesome game! Great win by the Horns on the road. Sug was great and got just enough support for the Horns to pull it out! Can't say enough about the defense, held ISU 28 points below what they were averaging in the Big 12 and I think they said it was their lowest FG %, either this season or in Big 12 play. Got another game online when Horns go to KSU. But at least that one is WatchESPN/ESPN3.
Hope the ladies can get home without any problems. Looks like the wintery weather is rough up that way.
Went to Twitter to watch the Locker room celebration. Everybody is happy and smiling. I can not wait to see S. Prince hit the floor for Texas. It's just something about her, that make me feel good. Hookem'
So very early on Karen got an Administrative Technical - think that’s what they said. Anyway, I heard it was because Collier wasn’t in the books and she was trying to get her listed. Anyone know? Does that mean Collier was not able to play tonight due to an Admin error? I noticed she wasn’t listed in the online stats. Yikes
That's not the video I was talking about, it's the one where the coaches first come back in the locker room, with Sug. That was the video I was referring to...can someone put that on here please. It was AWESOME!
Here it is.. It's great to the team celebrate a hard fought victory. Hopefully they are beginning to believe in themselves. Sug-post game
Also exciting to see SUG starting to play like the great player that she is in her Jr year and coming back from her injury from a couple years ago.
Not sure, myself, but the announcers mentioned the task as falling under responsibilities of the director of operations.
Hope she does get it, but her performance against OU on Wednesday might kind of negate her performance against ISU. Believe both games during the week are evaluated for the weekly awards.
It's true that her performance versus OU was less than stellar. But, overall, she was instrumental in a huge win against co-front runner ISU and her OU stats were okay. Depends on whether anyone else had two outstanding games to counter what she did against ISU. I hope Sug gets it, though. She is certainly deserving of it, just on her game versus ISU, imo.
