Pretty sure it's not being used in determining the women's rankings for the NCAAs. But if it is being for the men, how long before it implemented for the women as well? Definitely would encourage coaches to run up the score. Offensive Efficiency=total points scored means the higher your score, the better your offensive efficiency score is.
