Right^^. Or rupture a disc in his spine, or neck. i think pushing that much weight is unnecessary to attain and maintain strength and conditioning.
Back in the day I did 585 and that was impressive, but this is a high school junior doing 605. That is some crazy amount of power. If your keeping score, that is the amount that the WR from Purdue did.
Chad Lindberg's measurements from the Under Armour camp this past weekend -- 6'6, 325 with a 81" wingspan, 35" arm measurement, and 9.5" hands. Built to be an OT
Wow. My take: a deceptively fast, smooth runner with effortless moves who just won't go down. With SC, UCLA, ASU and U of AZ all down, the Southwest part of the country is starting to look like ours for the picking.
I just know I don't want to get run over by ANY college running back, let alone one who can squat 600+ lbs.
For a little perspective, when I was a HS Senior in the 1980's the low 400s was the highest anyone squatted on my 4A team (next-to-highest classification back then). And that was as a max, not doing sets. Here we have a skill position player doing sets of squats in the low 600s!
Guys, dont lose focus here. The squat is just a distraction. I want to see his forearm measurements...
This one keeps trending in our direction Would be a big get He will likely end up as a high-4 or maybe a 5-star

Some info from EJ Holland on the visitors Milton -- one of the most talented prospects in the country ...has very high interest in the program...
