Raoul's post about the high UConn transfer rate --- IMO, if you aren't a starter or the first player off the bench, you don't get much but crumbs at UConn. Geno doesn't sub much.

Stallings has my attention. She's got a couple of transfers that are going to help out immediately.

So, more rumblings about Baylor's Alexis Morris.

    - Kicked off the team by Mulkey over the summer due to some type of assault / domestic violence incident. But, she never left Baylor as a "student". Personally, I believe she was still on scholarship in the Fall as she never transferred.

    - Rumors started swirling a couple of months ago that Morris would be returning to the team in 2019-20 based on her tweet where she said how grateful she is for her "second chance" or something similar

    - More rumors on Baylor board the last couple of weeks that Morris now gone for good because she got in trouble again over Winter break. Even rumors that Alexis Morris is trying to get Didi Richards to leave Baylor, as well.

Recent November discussion begins on page 6:

    Morris - Page 6 | SicEm365

    From the infamous "skilledup":

    - I was just told that Morris is gone again and this time she's not coming back. She was just granted her release papers and that she's trying to get Richards to go with her.

    - She did get in legal trouble again while being home. Everyone must pray for this young lady as trouble seems to find her

Richards will not go with her, even if she is leaving. She is a starter for them and getting high praise for her defensive efforts.

Just passing along the info; Richards was the reason Morris ended up at Baylor after originally committing to UCLA. So, seems like they are tight.

Kids tweet the craziest things . . .

That was about her Boyfriend. You can not read into what a 19 yr old tweets. Morris will likely end up somewhere else. Didi as a sophomore has cemented her starting role.

Just messing with ya. It was posted on the Baylor board, and some folks there right away thought the worst.

While Morris is most likely enrolling somewhere else in the next week or so, Didi is obviously playing the rest of the season. After that, no one else knows at this time.

Sorry to hear about Morris not returning. She would have provided really strong play at the PG position based on her play last season.

It would have been really strange if Didi left because of Morris. Didi is a defensive specialist who, this season, has shown that she has expanded her offensive game from last year. I really like her ability to drive and finish or pull up for that short jumper.

Good pickup for Rutgers. I’ve always had a ton of respect for Coach Stringer. I also think it’s a very good fit for Morris not just on the court but off.
