This is not brand new, it's been going on all season, but I am sad to see that MLB has caved to advocacy groups who are complaining that the term "Disabled List" makes it sound like people who are long-term disabled (ie, physically challenged) are "injured" and "not able to participate in sports". What a crock. Why do these people get to pretend they haven't been speaking English all their lives and do not understand words? "Disabled" as used in the MLB "Disabled List" does not mean that, and you bloody well know it. Political Correctness continues to ruin this country. Sigh.
