Once again, Sedona will earn whatever comes her way. Try as you may, your deluded sense of reality and weak attempt to actually think you know what transpired won't change the truth regarding that or the city of Portland. Not even a nice try.....

Wish you well Sedona. Man Oregon is far from home. I admire kids who go far from home to pursue their dreams. I was a scary cat to be that far from home in college. Plus a big time daddy's girl.

Forget her. She left and comments like hers damage our program.

I moved from Austin 20 years ago to Portland and haven’t regretted the move one bit. You’d be surprised how many people move from Austin to Portland, and vice versa.

I don’t really understand why you never have anything positive to say. Ever.

We support all Texas sports since we are UT grads. But, since we live in Portland, we get to see the Oregon women’s basketball team play many games each season. It’s refreshing to watch a team that can run offense as well as play defense.

I’m hopeful that while Karen and the assistants are out on the road, they’ll find an assistant that can coach offense.

I totally understand the need to respect the privacy of these student athletes. I also understand the emotional investment some of us have made to this University and namely Texas Womens Basketball. I think whats going on here is so many of us had such high hopes that SeDona would be a part of this program. All our hearts went out to her and her family when she injured her leg. We did not see the transfer coming at all which made it so hard to understand. The statement didnt make it any easier. We may never know more than we know now, but this moment will pass and Texas Womens Basketball/Longhorn Nation will move on.

This actually makes sense given the number of people who likely start out at a junior college near their home and save the money on the core curriculum. Then they go a school with a program they hope to use for their career...

In my case, I was actually attending a local community college WHILE finishing high school. Thus, even if I had not been trying to cost-contain post HS-graduation, I would still have been a two-or-more statistic. I was not alone in that category just in my class...

I work at a school and from my exposure to undergraduate students, 60% is just two high so it might capture the students who take courses at more than one school. I would hope it does not include the high school college level course transfer credits. If I were to guess, I would say it is about a third go to school and then transfer to another. Athletes must be in similar numbers now, but before the liberalized transfer portal, it was less than this amount.

Hey admin, how much can I donate to have you guys delete this this thread! We have more pages about this player who never played one minute in a Texas uniform than we do for anything else. She gone....let's move on.
