ESPN Midseason All-American. A guy who has really stepped up his game. It's nice to see him get some national recognition.
How many Jr's on D do we lose? My selfish side hopes they all say... One more year with a decent OLine and more experience at QB and we'll win the conference. No Mayfield on the OU side and TCU is replacing their QB. I think it's setup.
If Elliott, Hill and Jefferson somehow decide to say, look out. We should dominate every team we play, and the incoming talent will have more time to develop.
Hill might go late 1st round. Elliot and Jefferson would be well-advised to come back. The NFL doesn't draft on potential like the NBA.
Most have Malik pegged a late 1st rounder. Elliott not sure because he doesn’t have much tape but if it was me and I finished the year off as I started and got a 1st-3rd round grade i would take the chance.
right. says who they don't? Longhorns have had several guys who didn't make all-conference have NFL careers. all about potential sometimes.
You guys been watching the games in 2017? Prior to this year, Malik was all hype and reputation. This year the kid is making lots of plays. Hill and Elliott ... I don't know the true measurables ... critical at their positions. A lot of purported 4.4 40 college recruits test out at 4.6 to 4.7 at the NFL combine.
how does one undo the full size version of the image? i click, then i can't see posts below it. :/ old man fail
I think I had his over-under of INTs at 6 in the buy-sell post at the beginning of the season. Looks like "buy" may work out.
I guess he also thinks the pros will overlook these 2017 stats: * 0 Interceptions * 0 Forced Fumbles * 0 Fumble Recoveries * 4 Sacks Plus in the 3 years at Texas he never proved that he could cover the middle. Pros expect a little more than the above.
Oh but don't you know he's been lights-out this year. I know it's true because I read it on Hornfans. Hope he enjoys that 3rd or 4th round money.
