honoring the 69 title team.........it will have 150 on the helmet instead of 100 naturally...............looks ok.

 

The Nike swoosh renders it totally fake as there was none on the 1969 uniforms.

 

God, how I wish this was a permanent change! The curret jerseys are so cluttered with crap that they don't match the clean look of the simple pants and helmets. Put the names on the backs of the jerseys. add the big XII logo if you have to, and wear them forever, not just one game.

"Hell no, I'm not going to candy this thing up. These are work clothes."

 

Now if only we could have simple helmets too. I'm pretty sure there's a recipe for banana bread somewhere on the back.

 

I think I saved an old pair of Riddell XPs I can wear Saturday.

 

I've actually got an old burnt orange Russell athletics jersey from 1968; one of my prized possessions. Made from 100 percent cotton and not faded too badly. Only washed it a couple times, and that was decades ago.

 

I would like the 60’s look, a darker burnt orange color, stripes on the sleeve, no name on the back or numbers on the sleeve or shoulder. Same when we wear all white.
