    Longhorn Corvette Club

"Victoria" led the club in group 24/25 of the parade down (UP?) Congress Ave yesterday morning. The coordinator wanted Victoria out front ... so ... being an old fighter pilot ... rallied my group into a Stingray formation (or that was the intent! LOL. tail was a little shawt ... and as you'll see, #4 insisted on being trail on #2)

Formation got a little bit spread when reporters stopped my "flight" after speaking with my Veteran, SSGT Flores (23 year Army from Navasota, what a jewel of a man. We had a great morning)

Then ... one of my Fav Hawg videos ... and my requisite salute "To all you sonuvaguns with whom I had the pleasure to serve"

'Til Gabriel Blows His Horn ...

    just Wow
and you had Victoria lined up precisely on the yellow lines just like you drew it up.
Once a fighter pilot always a fighter pilot.

thank you sir ... gotta be ON when you represent.

I wish I could have had more discussion with Red 2 ... there were a couple blocks there where we looked REALLY good. White tucked-in tight ... RED in position ... then the Blue tail!

Wish I'd had more time to work on this, too .... more in the formation and expand the colors a bit. But it was fun. The Veterans appreciated ...I think the spectators did, too.

hat Tip to the local Catholic school which had an army of young uns in their spiffy uniforms. Those kids were awesome!
