Neither team looks great. Smart seems to have given the green light to just jack up a lot of shots, but with minimal success.

Sims is the only one making things happen on offense.

Turned out to be a very solid performance all the way around.

Was glad to see Coleman stay hot for Cal game. And to see more inside presence and aggressiveness from Sims and K Jones.

Freshman K. Jones is 6' 11" and long. He is going to be very good, and I think he will stick around for his sophomore season--not a one and done. He gives us some defensive presence at the rim and will block shots. Yea!

Also for the first time in memory i saw Coleman make a hard cut to the hole and Sims feed him for a layup and one. Very Good! Some more of these types of plays using Ramey as the cutter along with Coleman and others will make this team instantly better.

I know Cal didn't offer a lot of resistance but I did see some things tonight that give me hope. :hookem2:

5-1 at this point in season was best case scenario so have to be a little optimistic about this team.:hookem:

Call me cautiously optimistic. What we did against Purdue has me feeling good. What I saw against Georgetown keeps me from being all in. The rest are skunk games and are hard to get anything out of them, but they won.
