It’s been a very long time since we have had such a dominating performance — dominating 2nd half. Wow.

Ossai was a beast. Used correctly, he will be in the national conversation next year as a special player.

Adimora impressed me. Sterns was ...Sterns. So many others...

Man are we going to miss Duvernay. I think that he will be a first rounder in April.

    Just wow!

Ossia is a BEAST! Featuring the D Line and using them to pressure the QB and not safeties made ALL the difference. But remember now there is film on this defense. So there will be a strong need to mix coverages fronts and disguise things next year. I think this team will look much different in 2020, than 2019. For the better!

Ehlinger falls just short of breaking single season yards record. Still has second best season yards wise in Texas history. Should have led to more than 8 wins.

It’s all about putting the players in the best position to be successful and that is what the defensive scheme did today. Ossai was dominant tonight in the position he should have been in all year. He was there last year and while not as dominant he had a great game against Georgia.

Already got a friendly call from a rival b12 alum

"Congrats, nice win. I don't think Utah was wanting to play this game, but congratulations on the nice win"

Thanks, it really was a good win. If Utah wasn't ready they shouldn't have bothered to show up and be humiliated or embarrassed. They had a choice. Play well or get hammered .

The D was playing lights out. Great improvement from just a few weeks back. The O strategy was excellent. Combined effect; Utah was demoralized by the start of the 3rd Qtr. and game over. Great job!!

Absolutely!! Utah was never really in it. And, the frustration on Utah’s players and coached showed. Poor decisions, execution, and couldn’t move the ball, nor stop the horn’s attack. It was a SWEET way to end a subpar regular season.

One other thing I liked was the balanced attack. 231 yards rushing and 207 yards passing. O line had an outstanding night.

The game cannot hurt our recruiting. Who wouldn’t want to have the opportunity to be the next #46?

    Questions and thoughts.

Who stepped in as Defensive Co. ? Have not seen such an aggressive defense at Texas in a long time. Great job tonight

Adimora looks to be a force in the secondary.

Where was Overshown? Thought he would be an impact player tonight but I never saw him on the field.

Running backs: Keontay Ingram can't decide what hole to run through, but when he does get through the line he is definitely a big time gamer. However RJ picks and hits the hole immediately and seems to consistently gain much more ground.

Linebackers #57 and #6 have not seen much of. Whose spot did they take?

This was an overall great game for both Defense and Offense. Think we identified the problem we had this year with both this year's OC and DC gone.

As a side note, I wonder what the guy that decommitted and committed to Utah thinks now?

There are a few things we need to acknowledge ....There were several plays early on that helped Texas take command....Utah WRs/RBs dropped some wide *** open opportunities to change the total complexion of this game along with a turnover .....Something teams in the Big 12 do not do against Texas. They bring their A game against us and catch nearly everything thrown to them. Texas has to learn to step up when the other team brings their A game. That said... We kicked their *** tonight !!!!!!!!

Arizona State and Washington I think are their only victories against teams with 8+ wins.

It’s a crying shame that we entered this game with a 7-5 record. Tonight was not a fluke. Coached up, schemed well, we manhandled a very good football team. I don’t want to hear that Utah didn’t care. Baloney. That was a very good team, with a very good coach who has one of the best bowl records in history.

No way we should have lost five games, and had massive offensive and defensive lapses.

We should be the favorite to win the Big-12 in 2020, and we should make a run at the CFP. And no, I’m not delusional.
