Wow! What a catch by the Wisconsin WR on the sideline inside the Oregon 5. And he was interfered with. (He pushed off himself as well...). hmmm. He may have been out of bounds. But he’ll still get the interference call at a minimum.
TD Wisconsin. Crossing pattern to big receiver. Wisconsin 17 Oregon 14 almost the end of the first half.
My first half take: More-or-less evenly matched teams. Sloppy play with plenty of turnovers. Oregon’s D is doing ok. In fact, Oregon’s interior DTs are holding up very well against one of the game’s top OLs. Good special teams play by Wisconsin. It’s not pretty, but Wisconsin is getting it done and enters halftime with a narrow lead.
Oregon continues to stack the line and play well up front on D. Wisconsin QB Coan is going to have to air it out.
Real nice play action wheel pattern pass to the RB for a first down and much more for Wisconsin. Good play call by Wisconsin’s coaches.
How about that hit on the Wisconsin FB! Wow! Heard that hit from outside the stadium! But the same FB plows ahead the next play for the first and goal. Wait—he’s short on the spot. 4th and inches. This is some Cro-Magnon smash mouth stuff at this point in the game.
Powered it in for the TD. Oregon didn’t know who to tackle. Nice play design. And nice blocking. Wisconsin retakes the lead. W 24 O 21
Wisconsin marching it down the field with jet sweeps and short passes. Wisconsin is making the Oregon D more honest. End of the 3rd Q. A Badger TD on this drive will make it very difficult for the Ducks to come back.
I absolutely love the way the commercials for the playoffs include us with LSU, Bama, aOSU, Clemson, Oregon, Oklahoma, Auburn, and Notre Dame in the “relevant / big time” teams and fans that they show. On edit—on the commercial with the mascots, Bevo should tell the Oregon Duck to get his grubby flippers out of Bevo’s Guacamole.

Oregon moves the ball pretty well, but the QB takes sacks instead of throwing it OB when he is out of the pocket. Seems to have the old "deer in the headlights" syndrome.
Yikes! Another Wisconsin jet sweep, this one with a fumble. Turnover. Recovered by Oregon in Wisconsin territory. Could be a game changer. The jet sweep has got to be Wisconsin’s favorite play. Just hang onto the ball.

Final O 28 W 27 Wisconsin couldn’t hold onto the ball. 4 turnovers. Nice play by the Oregon D front, and QB Herbert late in the game. Herbert is a power running QB like Sam or Tebow.
