2020 Presidential Election: let the jockeying commence

Now Bloomberg has suggested the weaker candidates in the field drop out so he has a better shot at the Bern.

So how about this idea? It might be illegal but if we have learned anything these last 10 years or so it is that laws do not apply to Democrats. So Bloomberg can go for it without any worries. He should just offer everyone $20 million each to drop out of the race. I suspect they would all take it, except for Bernie. Bernie is now in a no-lose situation. He can demand more given his current position. Plus he can smell the desperation reeking from Bloomberg, Plus he knows Bloomberg has the money. Or, in the alternative, he will become President and then he will just take everything anyway.

 

Hell, I'd post pro-Bloomberg items in the threads here if he paid me!

The Debate. Warren just said Bloomberg called women horse faced lesbians and fat broads, and shouldn’t be the nominee. It’s ugly right out of the gate.

 

Biden’s now hitting him for stop and frisk. All are ganging up on Bloomberg.

 

Now Pete chimes in: we shouldn’t have to choose between a candidate who wants to burn the party down (Bernie) and a candidate who wants to buy the party out (Bloomberg).

 

Warren Is now attacking Pete and Amy. Said Amy’s health care plan was basically just a post it note. Next she attacks Bernie. Warren is throwing grenades in every direction!

 

Biden is coherent, sober, alert, and on fire. (Sort of what you would normally expect in a President—except the on fire part). He got his brain back somehow. Biden is hammering Mike B on stop and frisk—to much applause. Bloomberg said he apologized, but he is not looking so great tonight.

 

Bloomberg getting beatdown like a piñata. Almost hard to watch if he wasnt such a douche.

 

Warren is ripping Mike apart for NDAs (Non Disclosure Agreements) he got women to sign who had complained or sued him for sexual harassment and discrimination. Warren demanded a release of the women from the NDAs to huge applause. Biden chimed in: “It’s real easy, just release the women from the NDAs” and we’ll see for ourselves. Mike was then booed loudly for saying he would enforce the womens’ NDAs and not release them.

This is not what Mike signed up for...

 

He’s out of his league. Politics is harder than it looks...

 

Overall this whole event is pretty funny.

 

Watching the democrats destroy themselves is great entertainment.
