I guess he finally got the memo that it is better (and required) to destroy the US economy and everyone's daily life to contain this "outbreak" of rather than risk an outbreak of another what 1500 people becoming infected (there are around 1200 nationwide right now). The horror. Shouldn't all these Universities have cancelled spring break so the students couldn't travel to wherever they were going to party. Wouldn't that have been best for the safety of the students.
