Hell yes! We brought most of the left overs to the police station with my wife’s cheese and jalapeño sourdough bread. They were happy! But there was enough left for barbecue sandwiches the last two nights. It’s actually better cold than warmed up two days later, imho. More flavor. But when it was fresh off the grill after resting.
