Has anyone seen any semblance of leadership from anyone in the college football world? Just crazy how scared to death everyone is to say that we can make adjustments but we are not throwing he baby out with the bath water. If thats what you want, there is the door and good ridence!!
I think everyone knows it's impossible to plan for/play the games. However, no one wants to be "that guy" that throws in the towel first.

I think the Big 10 announcing that if there is a season they are cancelling all OOC games, shows, if not leadership, at least awareness that the chance for normal is so far from the possibility of happening that we need to be thinking within these new guidelines: - If there is a season, there is now greater flexibility in scheduling those games with our member institutions. - We now know for sure those games are not going to happen, so the income and expenses associated with those games can be adjusted NOW into our budgets. - We basically keep the MAC afloat with 11 games by our members, the MAC can make decisions knowing those huge paydays are not going to be there. - We get to screw Notre Dame and NBC with an October home cancellation!! At least they are admitting that if a season happens, it is going to take a lot of work to pull it off. They are the first to acknowledge it and at least appear to be planning in a direction that shows that. The fact that most of their members are programs that generate a great deal of income already, makes that decision a lot easier. In the Big 12, not so much.
