Which actually means, "I, the intellectual and morally superior white leftist, need to lecture you, the retarded and immoral white conservative about how much better I am than you and why you have to agree with me."

 

I think they are taking the gamble that this "movement" is as big in reality as it is on Twitter and that the public shaming associated with it will suppress people from taking issue with it. To really end it, large numbers of people will truly have to be willing to walk away. To make that happen, the BLM agenda and ideology need to become major point of commentary rather than just a slogan as it is now.

That is what I am wondering. But they have to see the TV ratings going down since Kap started kneeling. ESPN has seen that too. Right now there are facts showing them the movement is misleading, but the CEOs all are SJWs at this point. I think they are blinded and won't see it until their business goes under.

The BLM agenda is already front and center. ESPN has made sure of that. The NBA reboot was prefaced with a 2 hour BLM advertisement. The ship is going down. If the owners don't start patching the leak it's over.

 

The owners are probably thinking that it is a short term trend and are placating to the players. I think they have lost some viewers for ever. I have cut E$PN out of my house.

Can't stand to watch any "News", including Fox News. And, as I have said, the BLM ads and lecturing from the hypocrite athletes on the couple of sports stations I watch make me wonder why I still have it.

Wife and daughter...that's the reason. Can probably stream everything fo much less $$.

 

^I'm getting pretty close on that myself. I don't watch the 5:30 national news any more. I watch the local news to get the weather forecast and local sports. I do watch the Golf Channel - not too much political correctness there.

 

Man, it's not as bad a some others, like LHN, and the CBS broadcasts, but it's getting there.

The 3M tournament, being in Minneapolis, well, Blaine, is lecturing me and "honoring" the POS George Floyd.

 

Sadly, if I dropped Fox News my wife would drop me. I watch Fox Business an hour or two during the week and try to catch Maria B when I can. Other than that most of my coverage is following HF and chasing the links you guys provide. Pretty sick I know but true. If I ever go onto any MSM source I usually last no more than 7-8 minutes and have to turn away or puke. But that’s just me, and strangely enough I do not hate folks that share those opinions, I do pity them though.

 

I actually have a long text string going with 2 of my wife's uber conservative Trump flag waving cousins. I have told them I literally get my political information here.

This is the best conservative forum on the net that I know of. Many of the other conservative sites are filled with know-nothings who you can't have a discussion with even though you agree with them on most issues.

 

Big ‘like’ on the above. I have to admit the liberals in here something’s cause a big ‘WTH’ from me but I enjoy the back and forth and often get a good perspective when I open their linked article(s). Of course I most often think ‘how can you actually believe that’......?
