So freaking smug. But, it's Trump who is constantly said to be boorish and rude. Ha, this clip shows the Rock Star to be the ******* ******* he is.

Look on the bright side, she lived long enough for Trump to replace her.

Apparently Grassley, Collins, and Romney promised not to vote for a new SCOTUS appointment until after the election. I suspect the cover will be that there could be a constitutional crisis in case of a 4-4 vote by the SCOTUS to determine critical issues for the 2020 election.

How can the DMC run from that?

    After Scalia, Hillary said --

"Holding a Supreme Court seat open dishonors our Constitution. The senate has a Constitutional responsibility to fill the seat."

If that's true that means 4 republicans won't vote for a new nominee which means 49-51. We're screwed then.

Grassley will not be the one senator to screw that up. Romney, Collins and Murkowski will letting Pence come in and cast the tie breaking vote.

An ex staffer said so. That article is from 2018 before the 2018 election.

Since when to the Dems give a crap about being consistent? Our side is the only side that frets over stuff like that.

And yet Any Dem on tomorrow's shows will whine that Trump and McConnel are evil to do the very thing Ruth is very publically on record calling to be done.

The DMC has their panties in a wad over the GOP doing EXACTLY what the DMC advocated. People like Schumer Pelosi Clinton and even Ruth herself .
Now it would be the worse thing even and people are threatening fires riots and loss of live if Trump et al do it.

    The best Twitter comments today:

RGB had a prolonged illness but stayed on the court hoping for someone other than Obama and Trump to replace her. It’s not Trump’s fault that we have a vacancy now.

If the House can impeach in an election year, why can’t the President and Senate fill a Supreme Court vacancy?

If we let RBG decide when she will be replaced, then we have to let Trump do the same for the presidency.

To troll the Dems, Trump should announce that he is appointing himself to the SCOTUS and will also serve as president if re-elected.
