I have no faith in Herman. OU wins by 3. Not because they are better, but because Herman will find a way to lose.

Have you guys actually watched OU?

Texas is not good, but OU is just a flat out bad team. They will be lucky to win 6 games this year.

Those matchups I posted earlier are not just orange-colored koolaid. Our units are better than OU, across the board.

Herman isn't a great "small" game coach, but he does OK in "big" games. The OU teams that beat us in the last few years had a lot of matchup advantages against us in those years that have simply evaporated this year.

By serious, give us an idea. $5, $100, $100,000? By the way, do you make $50,000 per month doing nothing? Asking for multiple WM friends.

And 1 of those 6 will be against Texas. Patterson owns most of Herman. Riley owns the rest.

If the officiating is as bad as it was against TCU, it may not matter how well we play.

Read some OU forums and see what they think about their coaching. Imagine what we'd be saying about Herman if we were 1-2 right now.

If you can get to Vegas, Circa still has Texas +2 with the O/U at 72.5. Have not looked to see if Westgate and South Point are in the same range. Circa number was just shown when I pulled up the app...

They were at two points from the opening line. The O/U was originally 70.5, to which I posted that was probably ten to fifteen points too low considering neither squad can play defense. Seems the sharps may agree with a move of a few points already...

I was wondering if the chosen one could hold Stoops' program together. I kept thinking as his players leave in year 3 or 4 we could see a huge drop off and here it is.

I dont think this is a harbinger of bad times to come for OU. They will be bad this year, probably 6-6 at best, but after that they will rebound.

Riley has never developed a QB from scratch before, he's expecting too much out of his young inexperienced QB. I noticed that against Iowa St, Riley was forcing Rattler to throw against umbrella 8 man coverage with only a 2 or 3 man rush. Kyler Murray could do that, but Rattler isnt good enough for that yet. It's arrogance -- Riley should have been pounding the rock against those 3 man fronts.

By the time Rattler is a JR/SR, he will be a top 5 quarterback in the country. Right now he's just too raw. Reminds me of freshman Sam Ehlinger who was throwing INTs all over the field.

Here's the injury update. Mostly good....
JWhitt practicing, Moore and RJ likely a go. Worst news is Owen's, to me (I do believe that young man is getting real close to breaking out) though many will argue it's Adeoye being out a while
Could be better....could have been much worse...

Tom Herman updates the Texas injuries from TCU game

I want what you are drinking.
QB - The only advantage Texas has is the QB is more experienced...OU's is more talented and faster, so that may not be an advantage. I'd call it EVEN
RBs - I'd call it EVEN
    WRs - slight edge UT
DL - slightly OU..especially getting Perkins back.
OL - Seriously ??? edge OU
LBs - with injuries .... Advantage OU
    DBs - advantage UT
    Special teams - OU
    Ref calls - Advantage OU
Plays for pride, tradition, and school --- HUGE advantage OU

Not claiming any inside knowledge here just my speculation but I think he (Sam), is most disturbed about the pic because Moore ran the wrong route. That was costly. It is because he said something in an interview about routes and because of the brief look on his face the tv caught right after the play.
Mind you I have no inside knowledge like some on here but I get the feeling that really got to him.

I think Sam wins this game. The team shows up. OU loses and hopefully with out it being close. Do not let up, please.

OU loses at least 5-6 games and Lincoln Riley leaves for NFL. (Ou hires/takes a run at Urban Meyer)

    That is all.

Jordan Whittington and Roschon Johnson will both be "available"

" .... When I say Whittington is available, he looks good, expect to see him. Roschon was limited this week. He’s so tough I can’t see him missing snaps on Saturday. Bijan got a lot of run with the 1s this week. Disregard who starts at tight end, Wiley will play a ton and Epps will see more time too.”
