That's an informative graph, but US, Europe, India and China apparently add up only to 68%, so there could be another line of 32%, up there above China, that represented the rest of the world. The point being how very little even a 10% decrease in our CO2 output would have on the world. So, for example, if we even cut 50% of our output--surely a complete destruction of our economy under current conditions--that would cut the world output by 6%. So, if man-made global warming even accounted for half of the observed warming (which factor is purely a guess by ANYONE, as any honest person has to admit) our all-in economic self-destruction would cut global warming effect by 3%, so that instead of a 1 degree-per-century rise in temperatures, we might have fended off .03 degrees by the year 2120. Oh, heck, why not really go all-in? If all 300 million Americans just committed suicide, by 100 years from now, we will have fended off .06 degrees. That would probably satisfy someone, although even the polar bears would never be able to detect a temperature difference, even with a thermometer.
