My whole family of 7 has had it this past week. Went down about like everyone else we know whose had it....no big deal. I was out cutting wood and working on the land yesterday after a couple days of fever and body aches and even went to play tennis near the middle of it, my youngest has been cranky at night and now getting back to normal, my wife had two miserable days and then...back at it, move on...just a little lethargic. Out of the other kiddos one said he was achy and laid on the couch for about an hour 1 day before back on the go.
The fact that the media keeps making a big deal over whose testing positive -other than purely from an availability standpoint
...especially young healthy athletes...is absurd. And what? Nothing. Too bad for him to miss a couple games while it seemed he was really hitting his stride, and too bad the fellas will miss him. Hope it doesnt affect his Heisman run. Other than that....this is not news. The 76 year old couple (who both have had it the last week and are fine) where my son goes for piano would say the same.
A very large percentage of the players, or even a majority, perhaps, have most likely had it at this point....and things keep humming along. To me it is only news from a will this affect any wins/losses or season goals standpoint. If he misses ND (which wouldn't be because of health reasons but due to protocols)..it is indeed more interesting news at that point. Mainly because it will be embarrassing for ND when Clemson beats them without him lol.
This could get interesting as we get closer to end of season and playoffs for some teams. At least Clemson wont have to worry about 16 now down the stretch.
