With both Georgia Senate seats evidently headed for a run-off, anyone else concerned the socialists will find a way to steal both of these seats? If I'm not mistaken, doing so would result in a 50-50 split but the socialists would have the deciding vote with the VP.

They will be the benefit of every known trick in the book. If the GOP pulls this out of the hat it will take an absolute miracle.

Georgia has a weird law that requires 50% votes or runoff.

Georgia has been a strange wild card this year. Not sure what is going on there.

Guess what....the republican leadership is GA came up with this law. Seems like a bad law to me but that is the fact. Unfortunately, I don't see how the dems can win both seats.

The GOP will probably hold the seats. Democratic turnout won't be what it was in the presidential race with Trump not on the ticket to vote against.

God help us if Schumer and Pelosi control both houses with laughing Kamala a heartbeat away from the oval office.

We kept the Senate despite many more tossups going against us and we gained in the House. Trump didn't hurt us.

I don't think this can be definitively stated until after the Georgia run-offs are completed.

Without the libertarian running and taking votes we should win easily. Of course, what we have seen from Georgia lately some strange things might happen. Another pipe burst, perhaps?

No, all the brainwashed professionals around GA will realize their mistake and vote GOP to save themselves from re-education camps, which are reserved exclusively for the professional class. Self-preservation is going to kick in.

Collins will not take votes away from Loeffler now. He ran because he was pissed the Governor did not give him that seat.

Had it been just the most votes win it would be split-Warnock and Perdue.

Doubtful Slow Joe or the Democrats would actually ever pass a big tax hike on the rich, now that they are the party of the rich.

No data yet, but in 2016 something like 90 of the top 100 richest counties in America when to Clinton.

The Democrats double dip has been to run on "soak the rich" for votes from the non-rich, while relying on the Republicans to stop the tax hikes.

A smart Republican party would let the Democrats install, for say 2 years thus until the next election, whatever tax rate they wanted. Let them actually soak their own donors, and see how that works out for them.

Would require the Republicans deciding to no longer be the Washington Generals - we'll see if the party has more sense and spine now.

Ha, that’s hilarious to think the Republicans would not be blamed, not matter the fault.

    You guys crack me up!

OK so you all think the Georgia democrats are going to cheat.

Well, why are they waiting until a Senate runoff? Why didn't they cheat in the first election and have their candidates win by 20 points with illegal votes?

Why wait to cheat until there's a runoff? That's just stupid. Much easier to cheat in the busy background of a presidential electiono rather than wait to cheat until all of the attention is on the election you are cheating in.

Like I said, if the democrats are cheating they did a bad job so far. They lost Florida and PA was too close for comfort. I would fire the Democrat who is in charge of the national cheating program because so far they have sucked at their job.

I have heard that that a lot of questionable Biden ballots just had a vote for Biden and no votes down ballot so yeah cheating but not not very good. Explains why not a lot of down ballot wins.

450k Biden only votes, nationwide, is what I heard.

Would have cost a bunch more to have a fully fake ballot. I wonder if there's a sliding scale - add a Senator vote for $, and House seat for $$, or your pick of 5 for a bit more.

That sounds very sketchy but not sure a vote can be thrown out just because of that.

No, but it's a tell of what may be fraud, so can be looked at in detail as to who cast that vote, are they dead, named M Mouse or D Duck (that wily bird).

I saw a map of Georgia with the counties in red and blue depending on who they voted for. It was a sea of red. Just blue where the big urban centers are, not unlike Illinois and other "blue" states. The natives of Georgia are conservative. The Heinz 57 urban areas are blue all the way through.
