Does any team in the nation underperform vs a single opponent based on the talent levels of the teams, consistently year after year, as much as Oklahoma State does vs Oklahoma? I don't think so - not even Michigan vs Ohio State since in that case I think Michigan just hasn't had the horses to keep up the majority of the time. Oklahoma State comes in loaded quite often and still just Oklahoma States it away.
