Not it doesn't. It only defies your presumptions.

For the record, I struggle to understand how much credit Powell deserves for the "freeing" Flynn. He was ready to be sentenced before Bill Barr stepped in and pulled the governments case, after Flynn had already admitted to guilt, multiple times. Maybe some are giving Powell credit for lobbying Barr?

And of course, that won't fly in court, but it might fly if you're trying to launch a TV network, which I suspect is the point.

It's not a Democratic conspiracy. It's a "Deep State" conspiracy.

What's not true? That she was shitcanned? What's the rationale on that?

And there is a very plausible rationale for pitching this even if it's wrong. It's the same rationale that Kim Kardashian had for letting a sex tape get leaked. It is making her famous, and there's a lot of money to be made from that.

Also, Trump also got 10 million more votes. It was a very high turnout election.

With a 140k vote margin MI was always a longshot for Trump. No matter how much smoke the R's tried to create in Detroit they couldn't get the fire going to burn enough votes to throw the election to Trump. I suspect the State GOP officials weren't willing to give Michigan to the D's for a generation by pulling shenanigans to overturn the election. In the end, Trump wasn't worth it.

I think we're well past that point, and frankly the clock is running out to even do it in court. It makes me wonder if the goal is actually to blow off the legal proceeding and create enough political doubt in the election results to pressure the legislatures to invalidate the results and choose Trump electors. And if that doesn't work, exploit the controversy launch Trump TV.

I think they switched to hoping the Legislatures would override the voters early last week, about the time of the Guiliani crazytown PC. All of the legal cases from Trump surrogates were getting mowed down in the courts making it obvious they couldn't get the ballots tossed. After all, we're not talking about a few hundred votes but rather 10's of thousands in most cases. Now the writing is clearly on the wall for Trump. He's lost Michigan. The GA recount will simply confirm the same count as before within a few hundred. Wisconsin and PA aren't enough, though he'll likely lose both of them too.

What's next? He's about to show that he doesn't care about the Republican party, never has. If he keeps pushing the voter fraud in GA he'll potentially depress the R vote again (and excite the D) just as he did with VBM. Do you think he might actually want the D's to win the Senate? It's still an extreme longshot but if he has any plans to run in 2024 or simply wants to fill arena's charging his sycophants $10 a seat isn't that a lot easier if you have the Democrat boogeymen controlling all branches of government?

He'll go to the grave claiming the election was stolen from him and use that as a rallying cry in whatever his next $$$ venture is.

The PA Supreme Court on Monday ruled that mail-in/ballots with no dates or handwritten names/addresses on the outer envelopes can be counted.
A voter is required to “fill out, date, and sign” the declaration on the outside envelope the Trump campaign argued (citing 25 P.S. §§ 3146.6(a) and 3150.16(a)).

So the Pa Supreme Court can ignore state law?

You missed this one. Jenna Ellis isn't a serious lawyer. She's like the beer league softball team teammate you keep around not because they are good but because you enjoy their trashtalking. None of this Guiliani "elite strike team" was created to win a court case.

@Mr. Deez Do you think the Supreme Court accepts the Trump Campaign's case that seeks to throw out the entire state as a remedy for 2 voters that were denied the opportunity to cure their ballots? I believe they are suing under the Equal Protection clause?

As stated previously, I doubt the SCOTUS takes up the case but I'm not a lawyer. Just seems to be an absurd solution to a small problem, of which they didn't even sue the correct defendants.

The Onion nor the Bee could make this up.

The attorney representing the Trump Campaign in the Wisconsin recount is trying to get his own vote (and wife's vote) thrown out because of the legal argument they are making.
