    Watching ESPN2...Texas vs Davidson.
Its a freaking 2 point game and the announcers are talking about everything BUT THE GAME !!!!
We don't care about NBA **** right now....We don't want to see a picture of a team Bill Walton was on.
Its a close game... COVER IT !!!!!
Who can I call to complain !!!!!!!! ?????
Yes I am muting the TV now, but I like listening to GOOD commentary about THE GAME I AM WATCHING.
Have to edit this....Found a number and called....Talked to a guy who said he would pass along my complaint..
    1 (888) 549-3776
If we complain enough maybe we can get some announcers on ESPN who announce the game instead of flap their lips about the NBA and other crap.

I turned the volume off. Worst announcing I’ve ever heard. Long tangents by Walton and that other nerd dude forcing conversation not related to anything about the game. Already about 20 Grateful Dead references. Talking over each other. It’s crap

Horns aren’t playing like at top 20 team. Sloppy and fouling constantly keeping Davidson in the game.
Our players are talented, our coach is not.

Now it’s a one score game. Horns cannot get a good shot. Guys have no clue. Dribbling aimlessly till the shot clock winds down then throw up a prayer.

Meanwhile Davidson works for a shot—moving and passing—and gets an easy shot.

Congratulations on a win. Horns escape with a lucky win over an inferior team.
    Ugly wins are still wins.

Hey Shaka, did it ever occur to you Matt Coleman can't defend a guy a foot taller than him 1on1 in the low post? Did ever even occur to you that no one on the team could defend the Serbian guy 1on1 in the low post?

You're right. Who can I call to complain about the constant string of negativity contained within your posts here?

Walton was the announcer for the Texas game in China in Shanghai where he spent a good portion of the game praising Mao.

    Thanks for the ESPN number: 1 (888) 549-3776 (Option 5 I believe)
    I registered my complaint.

It was hard to get into the game with the inane stream of consciousness having nothing to do with the game going on. I put the game on mute. Whenever an unusual play such as a questionable foul or out of bound plays deserved commentary I unmuted. And, they were still talking about Walton or Walton was talking about Mars or some BS. It's as if the announcers were not even watching the game. In addition, ESPN was promoting Walton as if he was more important than the game. As if we were watching because of him. And on and on.

I actually did not watch most of the second half until the end (when they gave up a reasonably good lead). I am glad Texas won. They may not have played well, but I thought they played better than last year.

I hope we have better announcers for the next game.

You won't, as long as ESPN is involved. That network has really gone down the crapper. Try to sync up with Craig Way's radio call.

In Shaka's world ugly wins against inferior ooc teams results in ugly losses in conference. I used to believe the team would get better as the year progresses, but Shaka's teams never do.

    Its groundhog day.

I went to On-Air | Horn FM. The game actually seems to be at Texas (leanplayer.com). I will listen here. Thanks for directing me to the radio feed.

We need to send a SEAL team to San Diego to take Bill Walton out. Does anyone here happen to know Admiral McRaven?

Some would say ole Bill is a few crayons short of a full box. At this point he sounds like he ate the crayons.

It’s sad really even the other dude was grateful when Walton had tech difficulties. He talks about nothing and even the studio guys are professionally annoyed.

There was zero improvement. ESPN has their heads up their arse with these guys. You’d think word would’ve been given to STFU and focus on the game. It’s annoying because announcers are important to enjoying watching.

Anyways, blowout win. 3-0. Not sure how good Indiana will be but the win looks good on paper. Hoping for UNC next round. I think Texas will rise to the increased level of competition. This year’s team has a ton of potential. Really impressed with Brown so far. Not so impressed with in essence a three-man weave on too many possessions.

That was really weird. He goes from blabber mouthing to saying he’ll just be silent, then starts talking two seconds later

64-44 over Indiana. From the name alone I tend to think of them as good, but they only won 3 more games than they lost last year. Still, glad we put them away and didn't let them back in or let up our effort.

They were actually 20-12 last year. Pretty good game for Texas. I saw where Indiana was actually favored by 2. Also, these last two wins have been without much help from Greg Brown. Just think if he can actually put it all together. Oh, and player of the game? Without a doubt, had to be Brock Cunningham, IMHO!

The hoosiers are just out of the top 25 receiving votes so it's not like they suck. That was a pretty amazing defensive performance, or maybe IN just had a really bad day shooting.

The parts I caught demonstrated a little of both - Indiana was pretty inept, but we definitely had a hand in making them look that way.

Look I’m new but I watched this Indiana team yesterday to my own scout and although they looked a little stale, defensively we took them out of what they did to Providence yesterday. Overall, this might be Shaka’s best defensive team on 40 he’s had. Also, my player of the game was Brock the way he came in off the bench and set the tone whether it was open shots, loose balls, or whatever he was a great glue guy

Oops, I looked at the 2019 season thinking that was last year, but it was the 2018-2019 season so that was actually two years ago.
