Another offer to DT Jaray Bledsoe from Bremond, TX who the rankers have not caught up with. They show him as a RB now
    Jaray Bledsoe, Bremond, Defensive Tackle

    Here is aggy Peroni -

Bremond plays in the smallest 11-man classification in Texas high school football. However, that does not mean that the Brazos Valley town does not produce college prospects. A few years back, Roshauud Paul was a highly-sought-after athlete prospect after leading the Tigers to three-straight state titles.

..... Bledsoe's first offer came from Baylor in mid-December and was followed by Oklahoma State later that week. Oklahoma made it three offers on Monday with the Aggies upping that number to four on Tuesday.

As a junior this past season, Bledsoe was a standout on both sides of the ball for the Tigers. On defense, he finished the 12-game season with 104 tackles, 17 tackles for loss, two sacks, four forced fumbles, a fumble recovery and a safety. In addition, he was also the team's second-leading rusher. Bledsoe ran for 1,259 yards and 21 touchdowns while averaging eight yards per carry.

Bledsoe would likely have even more offers at this point had college coaches been allowed to be on the road this past spring or had their been camps allowed this summer. If coaches are going to be allowed to be on the road this coming spring, Bremond should be a popular destination.

Offer to high 4-star OT Jacob Allen from New Jersey - #8 OT nationally per 247Comp
Flood continues to be the new coach who hit the ground running. He recruited Allen to Bama
So that is 3 top 10 national OTs in 3 days -- Kind of makes you wonder what Hand was doing

    Mike Roach --

Members of the new Texas staff have been reaching out to high schools to get ahead on the 2022 and 2023 classes. I was told Terry Joseph reached out to South Oak Cliff High School to talk about their underclassmen prospects. One prospect, in particular, to watch here is 2022 defensive back Kyron Chambers. I talked about Chambers a few weeks ago, but he is a strong and athletic defensive back who is about to blow up. He's already picked up a few different offers with Texas and Oklahoma both sticking around.

The rankers have not caught up to him yet either

Seems that quote means he is hoping to go to Clemson. He's an aggy offspring right?

Banks is also all over Kam Dewberry. He was also Dewberry's main recruiter at Alabama
"Dewberry wants to give Texas a chance with a clean slate, and I believe they will get an official visit from him if those are allowed in the spring."
Rivals has him as a 5-star

Same story for high 4-star OT Kelvin Banks - Flood is "all over him"

Banks is in no hurry to make a call and will wait until at least April when visits are supposed to open up to cut his list down any further.

Terry Joseph is also now on the job
Has been in contact with Garland safety Chace Biddle
"We've been told that Joseph has a relentless work ethic on the trail, and this is the second straight day someone reached out to express positive feedback on the new Texas assistant."

    More Roach --

I'm told the staff is going through underclassmen film getting the bulk of evaluations out of the way so they can re-offer or send out new offers to prospects and build a proper board to get ahead in 2022. Carthage linebacker Kip Lewis is on the rise and just picked up an offer from Oklahoma today. I'm told someone from Texas reached out to him to indicate interest. I'd expect this staff to get really aggressive after getting through film.

Looks like Hooks showed up at BYU the year after Sark graduated. Sark was 2nd team AllAmerican in 1996 so I am sure he met Hooks on recruiting visits, etc.

Some guys in the region just love LSU and jump at the first chance
LSU has been raiding that part of Texas for way too long, IMO

Strange...I saw 6 games this year of CP, didn’t particularly notice this guy. WR Teddy Knox of woodlands killed them in their game against CP though CP won to win district.

No doubt the defensive backfield was good all year though. Maybe he was the best out of the 4 or 5 on the field.

We did offer (I think us, LSU and aggy all offered on same day - quite the day for him)
