I could buy that if Nazario had basically been cooperative before the offer started crossing the line. He wasn't. He was antagonistic from the start.

Maybe the peaceful protesters can't read?

Assuming they were smart, they would have a clause in small print saying that any damages and/or losses due to future rioting (defined hereafter as UNILATERAL REPARATIONS) will be credited against the original pledged amount.

I saw a few interesting excerpts of the Chauvin trial testimony today. The female in the car testified. Ms Hill. She was an interesting looking character with a deep voice. Very figity. She testified that Floyd kept falling asleep in the car before the cops came. It was very hard to wake him up. At first nobody could wake him up. Once he was awakened when the store clerks got to his car, he fell right back asleep. She called the store employees “little boys...”?

She stated that Floyd explained that he had been working (hence he was so tired). She successfully woke up Floyd when the cops arrived. She thought Floyd was “normal” that day.

With that many drugs and health issues going on, it was a wonder he could function at all.

Apparently 3X the lethal dose of Fentanyl washed down with meth was normal.

This **** is unreal. Link. The city manager got canned for saying the officer who shot the dude on accident will get due process. It's that really do controversial? That's standard for virtually all public employees. That's why it's hard to for them.

The dumbfucks who fired this city manager do know this cop could sue them if they deny due process and this city manager might be able to sue them too, right? And again, what a terrible message to send and example to set. If you don't endorse lawless ****-flinging, you could lose your government job. Be a crappy employee and not do your job, that's all good, but you better not call for the due process and the rule of law. That's a fireable offense.

I saw at least one of the police has already been fired. Bad decision based on the false narrative. It's obvious watching this film that the lieutenant set this whole thing up.

MSNBC reporting he was not provided notice of his warrant for unlawfully carrying a weapon. PROPAGANDA.

The defense forensic pathologist is killing it today. I'm very curious to see the prosecutions cross examination of him. He seems pretty confident and unflappable.

Is the left dipping so low that this guy is suitable for martyrdom?

    1) Driving with expired inspection/license plate
    2) Illegally possessing a gun
    3) Having a warrant for assault
    4) Resisting arrest
    5) Trying to flee the scene

These pale in comparison to Floyd's charges, but maybe they are running short of candidates for the Minneapolis Martyr of the Week Club.

Although a horrible mistake, I can't imagine going to jail for making a mistake on my job. You couldn't pay me enough to be a police officer, and I can't imagine how hard it must be in the environment we live in now to recruit good police officers.

It only stands to reason with less talent in the pool there will only be more incidents like this in the future. MSP is burning. Rome is burning.

Dr. Fowler is contradicting, in great detail, the testimony of the prosecution experts. He looks extremely confident. This is very fascinating. If he's right about all this then those other doctors need to quit being doctors.

Welp. Prosecution has their work cut out for them to try and dismantle today's testimony.

Interesting cross. Questioning if the police car was even running or if there is any way of knowing if there was any carbon monoxide at the time (there was no testing of this unfortunately) Also throwing doubt into whether the white object seen in Floyd's mouth was actually a pill or perhaps something else, such as gum, because Floyd was seen on camera with what appears to be a white object in his mouth while still in the store.

I hope everyone has plenty of ammunition should a not guilty verdict be rendered.

At least we know HIC is safe in gun free zone Chicago. We welcome you to come to Tennessee.

I am on a drive trip for the remainder of the week. I have my Sig as a companion and 100 rounds in a duffel.

    Yep...

The female in the car (Ms. Hill) helped the Defense, basically testifying that Floyd, after coming back to the car from the convenience store, was so far "asleep" that he initially couldn't be awakened by anyone. Ties into an OD as the cause of death.
