I remember playing baseball in El Paso in that kind of weather. Ok small exaggeration but I do remember dust ups where I could not see home plate from the pitchers mound.
I remember early elementary school days in Las Vegas New Mexico. The weather was never so bad we stayed inside at recess. No grass on the playground and intense winds would send pea gravel flying. Stung when it hit.
