With all the college baseball over the last month the Rangers have been a little out of sight out of mind and that's good because they have driven over a cliff the last 30 games going on two long losing streaks and setting a pace that will mean 70 wins is now just about impossible and 100 plus losses is looking more and more likely. The whole at least we arent Baltimore thing is wearing a bit thin and the losing has become so prevalent that the Rangers sit just three wins ahead of the putrid Orioles. Looks like I may get my first ever visit to the new stadium this Friday to see them play the Twins and I am looking forward to seeing the new digs. The Rangers just look lost out there and the young kids who early in the season gave me reason for optimism about the future are really struggling, there is still some 95 games left to show something but the first 66 games leave me singularly unimpressed.
