Those swine definitely know Texas is coming to Fayettenam. I think I'm making the trip up there and on Air BnB most of the houses are renting for $400-$1200 a night for really pretty basic places. I found a guest house on the lake about 45 min out of town for a reasonable price.
The people in XNA have done a great job of developing Beaver Lake. Lots of WalMart's bigger vendors have bought condos out there because getting hotel rooms and rent cars can be a big problem in Benton County. Enjoy
