Our O line has to improve the next few games before the ou game to give whomever is tagged as our QB for the day time to throw. I don't see Rattler as some kind of whiz-kid and front runner for the Heisman . . . am I missing something?
^Agree - the Nebraska defense played pretty well. Rattler was good, but not great. And it's conceivable that Nebraska could have won the game.
Place kickers can win or lose the game. Made field goals are momentum building or killing. Our game against Arky could have been different if we had gotten the two early field goals. Not saying we would have won. But momentum can do strange things.
That kid was B1G 1st team last season after transferring in from LSU. He's developed a bad case of the yips this year. Culp has missed 6FG this year already and a few XP. He clearly needs to sit for a few games but not sure Nebraska has anyone behind him.
