Tex Moncrief died earlier today at the young age of 101. Great & loyal Longhorn

Are there others behind Tex who can or will take over the role?

Used to know a couple of the Moncrief boys growing up in FW.

Seems to be fewer & fewer. While that does concern me, I am very concerned what the administration has done with the $500 million gifted them by T Boone Pickens. There are serious stipulations for those donations, and I'm not sure the administration ever understood those, or are prepared to comply. I damn sure don't think they are prepared to repay it to his estate.

I believe it was $250 million to the Medical School(s) and $250 million to The University. My understanding was that each group had to use the money over the next 20 years to make more than the amount donated OR return the original amount.

MD Anderson can do it very quickly when the board decides to quit being the personal ***** for GE & Siemans.

    Any update on this Sabre?

BTW, dont mean to nitpick, but its Siemens.... I worked 7 years for one of their US divisions. Best company and people I worked with professionally for over 45 years...

You would think as much money as I owed them that I could spell their name. Well run company, but compared to GE, what isn't? GE was a bunch easier to borrow from, kinda like if you can get your money on top of the bar, you can buy a drink.
