Good: Bert Auburn and Danny Trejo have exceeded expectations. D-line is at least getting some pressure on the opposing QB (better than previous years). First half play calling and execution. DBs Barron, Cook and Thompson have played pretty well. Card played well enough to win today.
Bad: Kickoff "Specialist". Card's team chemistry? Run blocking. WR drops on crucial plays. D-line can't finish. Tackling. JT Sanders speed?
Ugly: Second half play calling. Allowing opponents to convert on 3rd and 4th downs. Outlook for the remainder of the season.

Ugly - on the only non-hired opponent games this year, when the game was on the line in the 4th quarter, the defense turned into human tackling dummies and let the other team push them the length of the field, giving up key 3rd and 4th down plays, allowing them to kick winning or take the lead FG's.

If you can't make plays when the game's on the line, you're going to have the same number of wins as as year, when the team also couldn't make plays when the game was on the line.

JMO, do they not know to use their hands when trying to tackle. They just hit the ball carrier and do not grab anything.
DB's cover grass not WR's in their area until it is too late.

How many missed tackles did we have because we too worried about stripping the ball? I felt like I saw that over and over yesterday.

Freaking tackle FIRST and worry about stripping the ball once the player is secure.
