Obviously there wasn't much to say about the blowout, but a few things going into the Gonzaga game:

1a. The new arena and the way students are positioned is our "main" biggest hope for an upset on Wednesday. Can anyone imagine getting 10K to the Erwin Center to play Houston Christian?
1b. The length that Disu and Mitchell give us is really our "X's and O's" biggest hope for an upset. Those blocks and boards were noticeably absent last year against guys like Timme. If we're healthy, I like our chances better this year.

    2. Layups and floaters? All day long.

    3. Three point shooting? Good gracious. We might be the worst 3-point shooting team in the nation. Wide open looks just clanking everywhere. We need to basically abandon those looks against the Zags. It'll be tougher to get in the lane, but I think we can do a little outside-inside with Allen and the other bigs.

    4. Rice needs to get going sooner in the games. The moment Hunter or Carr make a dumb play, throw Rice in there as a changeup. He's a spark.

    5. Bishop needs to get involved. We can't play against big teams without him, but he has been pretty absent so far this new season.

I watched until 12 or 14 to 0. Horns had them so overmatched it was like them playing against a good intramural team. Not sure why they play teams like this.
