The Overture is possibly my favorite piece of music. John Entwistle played french horn. Saw this at the Miller Outdoor Theater in historic, crime-free Hermann Park and was amazed how much better it was than the movie. I’d see it again (at another venue). They were the first band to vomit in the bar and subsequently find the distance to the stage too far. Or so I’ve been told.
From Easy Rider.... This is such an awesome tune! The Byrds on are on my 1960's Rock Mt. Rushmore with the Beatles, Moody Blues & Beach Boys.
This is the best rendition I’ve heard with Nirvana minus Curt Cobain. Annie is lead singer of St Vincent! Nirvana Lithium
St. Vincent is pretty good. I have her album St. Vincent from 2014. Very good. But then she went into woke stuff in her music.
I listen to Parliment frequently too, except mine is a parliament of owls hanging out on my roof and trees every morning. It's kind of cool and creepy hearing them almost every morning.
Always remember actress Sharon Stone once remarked eating a dirt sandwich was better than being married to Dwight Yoakam. At the time, I figured she was cold and high maintenance ***** that Dwight nor any man could ever please!
I agree but its hard to ignore the body of work Steve Martin has assembled at this point of his career.
You can't live in the UK without hearing a lot of Oasis. Heard two in one day. Very Kinks. And one of their more Beatles-like songs.
