How many times during his time at Texas did bijan have to make a cut/change in direction before getting to the LOS? There has to be an importance placed on those upfront to get bigger, faster, and stronger during the off-season.
IDK about that, remains to be seen. We will see how hard he works on his game in the offseason, Sark already said competition will be wide open, we don't have any experience at the position so if he doesn't win it, we will only be moving from one inexperienced QB to another with the same freshman mistakes being made and more fans hollering for the next recruit to start and the vicious cycle continues. This position requires experience. I wanted Card to start this year, even if QE had the higher upside, i wanted the experience on the field and QE could grow by watching and competing against Card in the 2 hole. I really think it would have been a better long term strategy.
Every throw was right on. One incompletion was the drop by Worthy. Ewers just needs to be more consistent. We also overcame a holding. Nice drive. Now let's see another consistent drive and get the lead.
This is a good offense. We couldn't afford getting down 10. Those 2 spots on the 2 times we missed the first downs still haunting me. Cost us 2 drives you can't get back. Seems like every time refs screw us on a spot we come up 6" short of the first down on the next play.
