They may as well be from Ohio, garbage fan base Their Phillies got beat in the World Series recently and I hope their Eagles get whipped in the SB Plus I like Mahomes
Trash. My wife ran in the Dallas marathon a few years ago -so happened at the Eagles were staying at the same hotel that we stayed at. the fans were absolutely horrible. I was with my grandchildren and they constantly dropped in the F bomb as much as possible, middle aged men using the F bomb loudly, rude arrogant, can’t stand those people. And by the way, they weren’t trash talking Dallas that that’s just the way they were. Fing this, fing that in an elevator with a 3 year old girl looking up at them. I gave them the come on man, phrase and they did cool it. And it was several different groups. T R A S H
Glad to see someone else express that NR. I really don’t think of myself as a prude but I get a bit sick at the way TV now has so many shows and characters that seem to know no other words of expression except ‘f’ this and ‘f’ that. I even told my son I’d enjoy Rogan if he could keep his mouth from using that word every sentence once he gets into his interviews. Too bad. Finally had enough when son sent an interview where he was actually poking fun at a guy because he didn’t use the word. Said he wouldn’t use it because of his religion and that was amusing to Rogan. Adios
Could not agree more. Someone once told me this so I won’t take credit, that people use bad language are basically dumb as they can’t think of the correct words to use and are lazy. It stuck with me. Do I? Sure especially while sitting on my couch during UT games. My wife will eventually leave the room… But to have the F bomb in my arsenal in normal public conversations? No. It’s emotionally weak. I agree with you on Rogan as well. Point: both Rogan and Jordan Peterson are excellent interviewers and smart- but JP has more emotional intelligence.
My dad used to tell me that all the time NR. Never cussed in front of me but I gave him plenty of opportunity.
They are greasing the poles in Philly in preparation for tomorrow’s game. Eagles Fans Would Celebrate a Super Bowl Win With a Dangerous Tradition. Here’s How to Do It.
I weep for the kids in that video. They will turn out to be losers like the so-called adults in the video.
Several yrs ago I saw a story about Philly parents after an Easter egg hunt booing the kids (including their own) who didn't find any eggs.
I love watching the NFL draft when Philadelphia makes their 1st pick. The attending Philly fans almost always boo the 1st pick. Philly booing anything is just a Philly thing.
Reminds me of my grade school PE coach who explained the awards system for the upcoming track meet: "First place gets a blue ribbon. Second place gets a red ribbon. Third place gets a white ribbon. Fourth place, no ribbon. Just dust in your face. Fifth place, dust in your face. Sixth place, dust in your face."
