Not only did they delete thousands of emails they were supposed to provide to the defense attorneys for the Proud Boys but they accidently did send over 1000 rows in a hidden excel file. It appears that the FBI was talking about fabricating evidence against Proud Boys, this was revealed because the government accidentally sent discovery containing a spreadsheet with hidden tabs in which these FBI communications and this “mishandling of data” was discovered by plaintiff’s lawyers. Attorneys for Ethan Nordean a defendant in the Proud Boys J6 trial, found hidden tabs in FBI discovery that show FBI emails that reveal FBI agents talking among themselves about altering and fabricating evidence against the Proud Boys. A motion to dismiss has been filed this morning by the lawyers for Dominic Pezzola in the Proud Boys J6 trial on grounds of the government withholding exculpatory evidence. It turns out that Special Agent Nicole Miller (or someone) deleted thousands of messages in FBIs "Lync" messaging system--messages relevant to investigation and required to be produced to defense counsel. Well, there were a few people caught on tape shouting "Hang Mike Pence". However, as you've said they didn't have any weapons so I seriously doubt anything would have happened. We've also seen from Tucker's video that they've unscrupulously added fake audio to video clips so the whole "hang Mike Pence" thing could very well be fictitious. There was one person who was murdered that day and we all know her name. As i said if the police had not flashbanged a peaceful crowd nothing would have happened that day.
