Every time the say they they want to raise the age to buy a gun, we should tie it to raising the age for voting. Not mature enough to wield a gun, probably not mature enough to wield a vote either.
Good point, but my issue is one of maturity and judgment. I see no evidence that young people are more mature or have better judgment than they had when the voting age was 21.
If we had a serious media, Greta would be confronted with questions about this Tweet for the rest of her life.
Gonna be real fun to see how they refute this whole edict. Cause they will come up with a denial of the reality.
That's certainly an interesting temp trendline against CO2 concentration. Maybe if we work really hard to increase the CO2 concentration even more we can get the average temp down another couple of degrees in the next 50 years.
Sometimes the assclowns show themselves. I've never seen a panelist clearly win a debate by saying damn near nothing. And the host who really whipped this nut was a Labour MP and mostly sympathetic to her cause.
interesting how there is a super high CO2/temp correlation over the very long term but very little over the short run.
I support the actions these citizens are taking. I would support them if they were more forceful as well. Disruptors should be disrupted.
